At Cavelh, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product or request a refund. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted.
General Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally available for most products and services purchased directly from Cavelh. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- The product must be in its original, unused condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
- Certain products and services may have additional eligibility requirements or may be non-refundable. These exceptions will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged
- Sale and discounted items
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at cavelh24@gmail.com to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- Once you receive your RA number, securely package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we will be happy to exchange it for a new one. Please contact our customer service team to request an exchange and follow the same steps outlined in the refund process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Store Credit
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases and will be credited to your account within 7 business days of processing your return.
International Returns
For international returns, customers are responsible for any shipping and customs fees associated with returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return. Refunds will be issued in the original currency of the purchase and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
